Im an owner of the BB curve 8250, recently the middle scroll pad only seems to work half the time, does anyone have any quick fix solutions or will i just have to send it away for repair

I assume you mean 8520. The scroll pad could be defective and there is no easy fix. Opening up the device and blowing compressed air is a possibility, but warranty service or exchange is really a much better solution.
