can anybody help me???

my company has got us 4 blackberrys for me and 3 other colleagues, 2 of them are the blackberry 9000 bolds and the other 2 are the 8900 curves. (this one is mine)

we cannot open any attachments at all whether it is a PDF document or microsoft excell or word.

i have installed applications onto my phone that should allow all attachments to open but I still cant open them, can anyone help me with this persistent problem.

What application have you installed? I am not 100% sure but the handhelds should have DocumentsToGo loaded that will provide viewing options for Word and Excel. The PDF viewer is an upgrade.

And you may want to check to see if an IT policy is keeping you from opening documents. My former company blocked opening PDFs on our BBs.
