How would I retrieve my pics from the pc folder it was stored in by the desktop manager back-up process? Model: BB 8520

Get ABC Amber BlackBerry Converter software for your computer and then open the .IPD file that was created by BlackBerry Desktop Manger.

Note that the backup process only backs up data from the Device Memory. It does not backup anything from the Media Card.
