I can't chose between email standard and mail whit enterprise server! whay? The email setup says:
"select an email setup option", but I have NO option! just email account with a BB entreprise server....

I wont the normal emails system....

Please help me!

You need a blackberry data plan.

Your carrier (T-Mobile, Verizon, etc) will add it to your plan for a monthly fee, typically around $30 US. It's this BlackBerry data plan that allows you to use all the data features of the BlackBerry like email, web browsing, BB Messenger, etc. Stuff like Facebook also uses this.

Without it you basically get talk and text only. Just make sure you get a BlackBerry data plan and not some generic smartphone data plan.

You need to call your cell phone carrier and have them activate a BB data plan on your account, push the proper service books and set up your BIS account..

And please update your profile to show the name of the carrier. That helps a lot in troubleshooting, especially if there is a data outage.
