Resently we have been seeing collsions on our network. After trouble shooting I have narrowed it down to once PC. After checking the PC it tured out to be Blackberry desktop redirect software causing the issue. I can stop the service from running and the collsions go away. Start the service backup and collsions start again. I have restarted, unstalled, reinstalled.

Does anyone know what setting could be causing this issue.

Only a possible solution.

The Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) address is specified incorrectly in the BlackBerry Desktop Redirector settings.

Note: The BlackBerry® Desktop Software selects the default SMTP address from the data store on the Microsoft Exchange Server.

Possible Resolution
Open BlackBerry® Desktop Manager and double-click Redirector Settings.
Select the Advanced tab.
If the SMTP address is incorrect, select the Override Address check box.
Type the correct address.

The SMTP address was correct. He is getting his mail to the phone and sync works when he tries to sync his contacts. The only issue we have is when he launches Blackberry Desktop software it causes collisions on our network.
