I am a brand-new Blackberry user and know absolutely nothing about the equipment or its capabilities. Anyone out there care to tutor me?

I love new technology and am a quick learner, but learn easier when shown vs. trying to read all the tech goop!

I invite you to read the FAQ at the top. Mark Rejhon has put together an excellent collection of FAQ's which are, IMO, an easy read for beginners and those looking for deeper details on Blackberry. In other words, its not heavy on the technical jargon and offers step by step instructions...and if you get "stuck" on something, an answer is a search away.

Couldn't agree more, Jase. I have to say, that's a pretty broad and general request, yorkyrebel.

I'm not really sure how long you've been perusing the threads on this forum, but I would seriously advise taking some time to really do so if you haven't. I can't imagine that there would be a question you would have as someone new to the BB line of mobile devices that has not been addressed somewhere in this forum.
