8820 From Orange UK problems with Bluetooth and Browser
 

hello everybody,

I really need your help. I bought a system from UK orange. I unlock the system and i was trying to use in Spain. No problem with the calls, it's ok, also they find the Wireless, all the system it's ok. But I have a problem with the bluetooth, at the begining I don't have the option of bluetooth in conexions and when I go to bluetooth I have a message that "bluetooth it's not active for your administrator". Also I have a problem with the browser because I don't have the direct acces on the screen....

Someone can you help me !!!!

Sounds like the device has an IT Policy.

Search for "Remove IT Policy" and you will find instructions.
