Angry Hour Glass

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7230 upgraded to Ver 4 running on BES 4, also running Exchange 5.5. I currently have 150 users but have one user that has a spinning hour glass and it is as slow as. I have tried everything-
Removed and re added to BES and resync, replaced the device, replaced the sim.
Once it started working fine after being left for 24 hours but 2 days later the dreaded hour glass returns. No other users are affected by this hour glass disease. The only thing that I have not done is recreate his Exchange profile but would this affect BES?
Has anyone experienced this ?? HELP........!!!!!!!

I have wiped the device and reinstalled the OS.
