Hi. My unread email and SMS icon still shows unless i read every single message. Is there a way to set it up so that if i go into the relevant folder (SMS or email), it marks all as read. This was how my previous Bold was set up....i.e. i did not have to read every single mail/message. Thanks

Not sure how "it" would know what was "relevant" and when you were done. There is the option to scroll to the date header at the top, hit menu and choose MARK PREVIOUS OPENED. That's probably as close as you're going to get.
