Gmail signature
 

Hi guys,

I just got my 1st Blackberry and I am using gmail however, I cant seem to add a signature for emails sent from the device.

Any ideas would be appreciated...

For my Gmail signature on my Blackberry Bold 9700, I go into my carrier's (Rogers Wireless) BIS website and I add/create the signature there.

The only thing is sometimes depending on the e-mail you're replying to, the signature will go on the bottom of the replied e-mail which starts to look awkward when you have 2 signatures, one right after the other.

do all networks use bis (I take it you mean Blackberry Internet service) I donkt know if I got it....

Right, on my Orange payg you can only get into BIS via the handset. I have found the place where you can change the default signature however, no mater what you change it to is always reverts back to the default.

Any advice.... :x

I'm not sure how it works in other countries or with other carriers but in Canada, all the Canadian carriers that offer Blackberry services have their own BIS website.

In regards to BIS, yes, I'm referring to Blackberry Internet Service.

For me, since I'm with Rogers Wireless, I log into the the above Rogers Wireless BIS website and this is where I customize the signature that I want to appear when I send e-mails from my Blackberry.

Orange do have a page; but as said above its inaccessible.
No doubt giving that wonderful "You must use your phone" message [I forget the actual wording].
