I have a user that got a new SIM card and it has a different PIN than the one he had before. How do I get the new PIN into the BES so I can start pushing his mail to him?

The BES needs the Blackberry's PIN, not the SIM card's PIN. The SIM card PIN needs to be entered into the Blackberry. Unless you've changed handhelds on the user, there's no need to make any changes as a unique PIN is tied to each handheld.

I have a 7510. The user doesn't have a PC where his email is setup at.

We did change handhelds. Sorry I didn't say that. I need to add this PIN to the BES.

oo looks like i guessed right that u changed handhelds. if the phone service works on the BB then proceed to sync it up with the email. no PC?, u can sync it up by entering the email and password on ur BB given by the BES admin, correct me if im wrong.

If the user has a computer with the Desktop Manger installed the next time the new phone is connected it should see the new PIN and ask if he/she wants to change phones.

Otherwise you can do an Enterprise Activation wirelessly to provision the new phone.
