Blackberries require Blackberry data plans to browse the internet.
O2 only offer these on Contract or SIM Only plans.
Orange offers them on PAYG.

Some of the carriers like POCKET are advertizing internet access so people may think all PAYG providers will. I wonder how many multi year contracts they get this way?

You need to either get a contract plan or a SIM Only Simplicity plan with the Blackberry bolt-on/blackberry simplicity plan from O2.

If you want to stay on PAYG, then you would have to change to Orange.

Sorry, not that clued up with all this,, all i want to do is surf with PAUG .

Re-read what MidnightDraven posted.

Your options are very clear.

1. You need a contract plan with BlackBerry Data with O2.
OR
2. You need a SIM Only Simplicity Plan with a BlackBerry bolt-on from O2.
OR
3. You need to change to Orange and get BlackBerry Data if you want to stay on PAYG.
