Got a 7290; am a very non techie person. Have good instructions to sync my address book with my BB. That's all I want to do, I don't want e mail from my computer, I just want access to the address book. As I was installing the disc for desktop manager, up pops this NOrton message that I have a malicious file, with a hghly dangerous rating, that I should stop this script; MsiExec.exe was the file. I aborted the installation. Now what? Remember, you are dealing with a real non techie here!! Thanks

I had the same message pop up. I just went ahead and let it load. I think that the antivirus is just extremely cautious.

norton always does that with non microsoft tested software. it should be a section that says details... read the details and make sure that the file is from the blackberry disc... if it has blackberry somewhere then it should be fine... if not then dont install it...
