Default Help! 7520 and no web client?

Please Login to Remove!

Just got my 7520 a week ago. For some reason there is no web client nor nextel online buttons. I do have the service plan and have just been waiting because they said it may take a couple days. Been over a week now and there is not even a button on my 7520 to access the browser. Also downloaded a couple 3rd party programs in which neither can access the internet. Under my "Message services" under options, it's blank. What should I do?

contact your service provider, seems they havent activated your data plan properly, ask them to resend your service books if everything seem fine.
