Default SPRINT NAVIGATION keeps crashing

Please Login to Remove!

For the last month, about 80% of the time when I use my Sprint Navigation, it freezes. I can't exit the app, can't power off or do anything - it just freezes, so I end up taking my battery out and waiting the 15 minutes for it to reboot, usually while getting totally lost and driving through the worst areas in town. I called Sprint - they told me to update my phone and profile (which I did). Didn't make any difference. Then they said "delete it and then reinstall it". I did that - still crashing. Then they told me to update it with the latest one from their website. I did that. Still crashing. Then they told me it's nothing to do with them, I have to call Sprint Navigation directly - but I could not hold on long enough to wait to speak to someone. I called Sprint again today - now they tell me it's my phone that's probably got the problem, so I need to go so Sprint and swap it out. It's the Blackberry TOUR, brand new in October last year, so I am surprised if it's the phone - anyway - any ideas from anyone would be most appreciated.

How much memory do you have available? Options > Status > File Free = ???

That could have solved it tho, might be a known issue but you dont feel its important enough to wait to talk to them but its important enough to rag on about driving on the bad side of town and 15 mins to reboot (bit of a stretch there?)

Anyways, is it the only app crashing? How much free memory like Js asked?

Default Sprint Navigation crashes my phone

Perhaps I should have been clearer. The phone rebooted after about 5 or 6 minutes, an error message showed up on the screen, something to do with b-rim or something like that, and my phone froze again so I had to reboot again - hence the 15 minutes total.
Free files: 97867273 bytes. I have called Sprint and they tell me I need to replace the phone, but before I do that I wanted to see if anyone else had the same issues. I just tried the Nav, it turned on perfectly, found my route, and then when I went to exit, by clicking on the menu icon, it froze again.
Thanks for any tips.
