Question Ebay Bold 9700

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, I'm brand new.

Our service is through T-Mobile. Recently, I won a T-Mobile Bold 9700 on ebay to replace a 9700 I'd damaged. I have the SIM card and, of course, a BlackBerry data plan already; I was wondering whether or not I'd have any problem using the 9700 from Ebay on my account.

Thank you for any help you can provide me.

As long as the new 9700 isn't damaged or defective, you should be able to log into your BIS page at T-Mobile, enter the new device's PIN and IMEI, and then restore the data from a backup file from your old one. Should be painless and simple to do.

Rambo,

Thank you for your reply. I'm going to go ahead and activate the new Bold, today.

(Sorry for the late response!)
