I am currently going through the process of upgrading my phone, i really want a blackberry but something occurred to me. i can upgrade my current phone to a new one that is not as good (an LG KS360 to be exact) but i get 330 cash back. i then proceed to buy the blackberry for around 150 and ive made myself some money. however, i was wondering, will i still be able to use things like the blackberry messenger and would i somehow be able to get unlimited internet on the blackberry using the contract simcard. im on orange if this helps.

thankyou in advance.

Gibbo.

To use any BB related services such as BBM, email, the BB browser, App World, etc. you MUST have the B data plan (a.k.a. BB bolt on).

Orange don't call it a Blackberry Bolt-on, only O2 do that.

OP, call Orange, ask that you want "Blackberry Internet Service" added to your account.
Yes, it will be 5 a month extra, but if you are paying that much for unlimited internet it *should* replace it.
