Default Changing Background Color

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a way to change the background color for all applications to say black with white text instead of white with black text. I have tried going to
Options/Advanced Options/Accessibility/Color Contract and change it to Reverse Contrast. That works alright as far as black background with white text but then any photos, wallpaper, etc. look bad. Any help would be appreciated.

Each application reacts different as you found out. NOt much you can do except search for an application that will do what you want.

This may not be what you are after, but FWIW note that in browser options you can leave images enabled but disable background images. As I say, may not be what you are after, but maybe of some help.
