Post Email receiving/sending troubles

Please Login to Remove!

Heya,
it hasnt been long since ppl in BB forums helped me out with my new Bold2, but Im having another problem.
When i registered my emails,
there was no mails on my account...AT ALL
When i access it through my computer, theres tons and tons...
but with my BB, theres only one mail
Here it is:
From: Activation Server
Action Required: Leave messages on the server

If you use an email client to access your account messages, change your email client settings to leave your email messages on the server. If the email client does not leave email messages on the server, the BlackBerry internet service may not be able to deliver them to your Blackberry device

And then it tells me how to "leave email messages on your email server"...which i totally dont get at all

Can anyone help me plz? If theres other ways for my emails to show up/send from my device, let me know too please.

Thanks!

All it's saying is to make sure the email client ( yahoo etc.)does not delete messages after you read them on the server from a PC. I received the same message when I ativated my 9700. As expected some email systems will delete a read email. Some email systems do not even have the option because they do not auto delete read email.

So how do i make sure that my email client does not delete messages after i read them on the server from a PC? does it happen passively, or do i need to do something?

And thanks for the reply =)

Just go through the options and make sure there is not an option to auto delete. Also test a few emails and see if they are shown on the BB. Remember the emails when delivered to the server may take some time to be delivered to the BB or the BB to retrieve them. My email on Yahoo take about 30 minutes. Some faster and some slower.
The all depends on the service your using.
