I have a BB Curve 8320 and am running v.4.2.2.14 on the desktop and need to update the OS and desktop software. I tried to click the link to do so and 8320 was in the dropdown menu for phones and when I tried to update from the BB site, I got a page error. How do I go about updating these?

Updating the desktop manager is as easy as downloading the program from Blackberry. Also include the latest OS for your phone. Ixxx8217;m not sure exactly what you did but the phone requires a version of the OS that is designed for it. DM is generic. If your trying to update while downloading, donxxx8217;t. put the programs on the PC first.
