Angry My Reply Emails Jumbled

Hello there. I posted this in the 9500 section because I have a Storm but I dont know if I should have posted it here. I apologize to the moderators of this site for double posting but I want to make sure that I'm posting in the right section...
Hello all, I'm brand new here and I really enjoy this site. I have a question that I havent been able to find the answer to on here so I'm going to ask here in the Storm section, since I have a Storm.
My problem is when I reply to emails that I receive on my BB. When I reply to any emails, the response that is sent from my BB seems fine on my end. But when the sender opens my message the message is filled with a whole page worth of numbers, letters and symbols. Sometimes my message will be in the middle of all that weirdness, sometimes it wont be.
I cant find ANY thing on the net that can help me with this. Even the guy at the Bell Mobility store said he doesn't know whats going on.
Can someone PLEASE help me with this?
Also, when I send an email NOT a reply, the message is fine but there's some info that I want to get rid of, see below. So the jumbled symbols problem is only when I reply to an email.
When I do send an email and not a reply it looks like this...

I was wondering if there was a way that I can get rid of all this info, it just doesn't look very professional when I send these messages to my clients.

Although the document I attached from RIM is for a problem with Japanese it may apply to your settings and be causing the same issue.

Thank you so much!
I had my language set to English (US) and my Input Lang set to English (UK)
or vise versa.
Either way, it's fixed!
