Unhappy internet not connected

Please Login to Remove!

So up until sunday my internet and everything else was conncented but something randomly happened. Now when I try to go on the internet it says there is a communication failure. I can't even get on my weather app or other apps that connect to the internet. And everynight my whole phone is backed up automatically but the past two nights it says the back up failed. I don't know what happened. Is there anything I can do or do I have to take it to the Verizon store?

Try a battery pull and also resend service books.

Do you recall the last thing you did to or on the BB before this happened? Did it get wet or dropped by any chance?

As for a replacement phone?? For a device that the user admits was dropped a lot??

Did you try my suggestions? Non-working BBM further indicates a data problem.
