Default What is this notification icon?

Please Login to Remove!

This is a new one for me. I have a user who has a notification that shows up on his Home screen and we have no idea what it is. Even more strange, the notification only shows up when his device is locked - it's never there when he unlocks the device.

If he does a battery pull, the notifications disappear....but then come back and continue to increment. Here's a picture - the notification icon has the number 29 next to it:

Any ideas??

Ubertwitter? It's tough to tell from that photo.

Good thought, but he doesn't have UT installed. Here's what he has installed:

BB Maps
Brickbreaker
Flickr
Pandora
Pocket Express
Sprint Navigation
SuperPages
WeatherBug

Nothing out of the ordinary. What really odd is the notification disappears when the screen is unlocked, then if you lock the screen again it comes back. And after a battery pull the counter starts over.

Probably Flikr notifications. Comments on pics he posted, or additional comments on pics he himself commented on.

Wirelessly posted (White and Nerdy)

I'd have to agree. It looks to me like ubertwitter, but my second guess would be flikr. Since he's not on twitter, you default to the later of the two

I actually believe it's a calendar appointment reminder.

Yeah, I just selected to snooze all of my user's appointments for 5 minutes to test.

.

All came back when the device locked with the icon.
