Please Login to Remove!

Out of know where my 2007 outlook calendar won't synch with my BB. I have changed the defaults and it just won't recognize any changes. Any ideas

Have you reconfigured the Sync for the Calendar in the Desktop manager?

How far along the sync process does the sync process get with the Calendar?

What OS on the PC?

What version of DM?

Does DM recognize the BB and display the proper PIN?

What trouble shooting steps have you taken so far? Double and triple checked the sync configuration? Battery pull on the BB? Reboot the PC? Deleted and reinstalled DM?

I am running DM 5.01, I use Vista and did not have a problem until this morning. I deleted all the files from my outlook calendar but have not been able to re-sync but to it. It goes through the syncing process but does not recognize all the items in my BB. So it does not ask me to accept the items.

I have had the same problem with outlook 2007 for the same length of time. My Calendar will not sync. Notes/address book sync perfectly fine, just not the calendar. I'm running XP Pro SP3 with AVG free. I should mention I get the message attached. hmm, can't attach images until i've posted 10 time. message says "The default service for you devices "Calendar" is no longer available. The new service for synchronization is "Desktop"."

Wirelessly posted

Go into default services in options on the blackberry. Set the default CICAL email address to the same as the default CMIME email address. It may also be wise for you to use the same address that is set as the default address that is set in Outlook.

The Desktop Service usually refers to a BES account, is your BlackBerry on a BES?
