OK I did a search but didn't find a solution that worked for me. I hope that I am explaining this so someone can understand it.

My daughter has a 9700 on BIS. Her college uses Gmail for email and calendar. She also has 2 other email accounts linked through BIS (one of which is her @att.blackberry.net address). When she opens her calendar on the BB it shows all of her appointments that she made using her device but does not show any she made using the College Google Calendar on her laptop.

The Google calendar is set to her school address and her BB Calendar is set to "show all calendars". On the BB I set the calendar in default services to her school address.

What is weird is when you edit an event on the BB that she made using her Google calendar on her laptop the "send using" is set to "user@att.blackberry.net". The only way she can view the appts on her BB that she made using Google Calendar on her laptop is to select the "user@att.blackberry.net" calendar. There is no difference no matter what the default calendar to set to.

How can I get her BB calendar to show all events with out her having to select a specific calendar every time?

I would like to add if I select the option to show the "att.blackberry.net" calendar and then go back in and select "show all calendars" it shows everything.

OK I managed to fix my problem. If anyone is interested here is what I did.

- I logged out of Google Sync which deleted all the entries in her Gmail calendar on the BB.
- I deleted the Google Sync app.
- Made sure her default calendar was set to her Gmail account
- Reinstalled Google Sync.

Now all of her calendar entries are on one calendar.

Yes, well aware of the blackberry address. It's basically there for family communications since it's instant. She doesn't give it to anyone else.
