Default Huge Problem, Someone Help Please!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Hello I just got a Blackberry 7510 and I'm having problems getting it to be recognized on my computer, I have windows XP i plug it in, it recognizes it's a blackberry thats plugged in, but it says that the installation was not completed sucessfully and in my Device Manager it has the "blackberry handheld" listed under Other devices with a ? next to it, saying it doesnt recognize it. HELP PLZ

I suggest reinstalling the Blackberry software on the distribution CD for your PC.

I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the Blackberry Desktop Software again. Sounds like the device drivers did not install properly.

Problem is I bought this from Ebay and it didn't come with a CD.

you should be able to go to your carriers website and finding the software there!

You should be able to download the software from the official Blackberry Support site.

When I use that program, and I hit connect, it doesnt recognize the blackberry as being connected, when i hit connect it says the handheld isnt connected, i had the same oproblem before

Ok I got it, the problem is i plugged the blackberry into my USB drive before i had that software downloaded, sop i had to go into device manager and uninstall the driver it had, plug it back in with the software runnign and it worked thanks a lot guys
