Bulk PIN messages question

Hi BlackBerry Forum users,

I'm the owner of a PIN Exchange website called PinPin.nl.
Because we're still in beta it's momentarily only available in Dutch. Soon we will be adding the English version.

At the moment we've got over 3500 registered users.
We would like to inform our members through PIN (message, not BBM) about Blackberry- and communitynews.

I was wondering if you guys could tell me if it's possible to send a large amount of users a PIN message. Do I need software for that? Adding 3500+ users to a Blackberry isn't the most ideal situation.

I've searched the Internet over for a good contact manager. Which specifically can extract or import Excel sheet with contact information (incl. PIN) but I'm unable to find it. Importing Excel data into Outlook and then synching, incl. the custom fields (PIN), seems to be the only way.

Something to keep in mind is the fact that users register en unregister. So it should be able to keep track of that as well.

Somewhere on the net I read if you're running BES it is possible to send the BB users within your domain (I guess specific range) bulk PIN messages. Is there also a possibility to send messages to PIN's outside of a certain domain.

Please enlighten me. :)
I'm willing to invest in software etc.

Thanks in advance.

Could have predicted this kind of reaction. Was hoping for a serious one.
It is not PIN spamming because members actually chose receiving PIN messages concerning community news and such.

Hopefully somebody else can help me.
