Default Cingular Refund?

Since I went through the process of returning 2-7290 and getting a 8700c, Cingular owes me a credit for my 7290s for a total of about $500. Yesterday was my billing date, and online I see I have a $0 amount due with a Jan 26th due date, but I can't see the detailed bill for this month yet. I am assuming I have a credit balance and will get a $0 bill for the next 6 months.

Is that how it works?

If you were credited for the two 7290s, then Cingular should have credited the $500 to the original method of payment, i.e. credit card, ...

Did you charge the phones to your Cingular account? I'm not understanding why you're saying that you'd have no fees owed if Cingular just credit the $500 back to say your credit card if that was how you paid for the phones originally.
