Hi,
Few days back I bought one bb bold 9700 ,carrier:vodafone. I checked the device with mepd and found it unlocked. later I requested grameenphone(mobile operator in bangladeSh) to activate BES and they did. But the device is not registering with network and showing "edge" in small letter. I tried to create bis account but grameenphone.blackberry.com denied me. Then I tried to create account in mobileemail.vodafone.net which shows account is suspended/deactivated.
Anyone please guide me how can I register the device with network? Device seller is not cooperating me to find the original owner of the device that vodafone needed to help me. I am reaaly in deep frustration. Please help me.

The ONLY person that can get the PIN unregistered with the original carrier is the owner that registered it. Until you get that person with the account tied to the PIN to get it undone, you have yourself a nice shiny paperweight. There really are no other options.

I would suggest removing the IMEI number of your BB from your post.
