Question Help with BB Storm 2

hi there, i have a bb storm 2.. and my dailing pad doesnt work, the numbers light up and it makes a sound when i press a number, but no number shows in the window.. this happened before and i played around in the settings and got it sorted, but i cant remember what i did.

Try connecting your device to a computer, and back it up with desktop manager.

Then go to Options/Security/Security wipe.

Tick the emails,contacts etc option, and wipe. Leave the device until the process is finished. Then try and dial. See if it works.

If it does, reconnect your device to desktop manager and click backup/restore and then advanced. Restore all the databases except the options one and you should be sorted.

First step in troubleshooting should always be to pull the battery for 2 minutes or so, and then reinsert it. See if it goes back to normal upon reboot.
