Default Desktop manager freezes at BB groups during back up

Please Login to Remove!

I am having issues with backing up my BOLD 9700. As I start to back up on my pc and it reaches BB Groups, the Desktop manager freezes and "the clock" on the handset screen just keeps spinning. I am now lost as what to do. I have left the phone for hours at this point but nothing happens after this point. I tried clearing the cache using the advanced option in desktop manager but that didn't work. I even tried clearing the cache in the web browser on the handset. Please help. I need to back up soon. Thanks

The file is corrupted. Try using the DM logfile to see what and where it's failing.
You can then edit the bad stuff out and try again.
