Exclamation Remove "0" shortcut/quick key

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys,

I've upgraded from a 9000 to a 9700 just a couple of days ago.
Somehow I mentioned to make "0" a shortcut/quick key to my "Profiles". Really irritating because all mobile number overhere in the Netherlands start of with a "0".

Searched my *ss off on the Internet how to remove this. I just want "0" to be "0" and not a shortcut but I can't find anything about it. In the options, screen/keyboard I just can find something about assigning the softkeys on the left and rightside of the phone.

Somebody help me before I go insane.

turn on "dial from homescreen" and al shortcuts will stop.
Turning off "dial from homescreen" means you have to click the green call key first, then type the number.

Thanks for the tip but that option is already enabled. Still "0" is shortcut to "Profiles" :(

Also disabled and enabled it again so maybe it should change -> no go.

Any other suggestions?

Also found the shortcut setting but those only state A-Z. Not "0" which isn't another key like "9" is C. This is turning me mad.

1 - CALM DOWN
2 - Have you tried popping the battery out and then back in?

Sounds like something set by a particular theme. Have you tried changing to a different theme.

You are right. If I change the theme it's disabled.
But I would like to use that theme without it f*cking up the "0". Can I change it enabling "Profiles" while pressing "0"?

Only the theme author can modify. If you ask them nicely the may make changes for you.

Well, I am sure that using profanity will quickly fix this issue. Sheesh!

Here you have been complaining about a problem with the device for 8 posts and didn't try something as simple as saying that you were using a custom theme.

As noted by devnull, only the theme creator can change it. It's a "feature" of the theme.

Outstanding work on diagnosing this MM. And to anyone else reading this thread. This is why it's so important to provide everything you have done, prior to reporting a problem. If Chris82 had given the theme information up front, this thread would have ended several days ago.
