Default Supplementary service error: unexpected data value

Seems to pop up just before an alert for a reminder is due and if plugged into PC, often forces the password to be given again. Just started happening now, no changes or new apps added. Any ideas?

It generally indicates some type of communications error either to the cell site of locally on the device. It can be caused by an interruption in a data packet by loss of signal momentarily. Maybe when you plug in the BB to a PC the internal charger is interrupting something. This error is also caused during a phone dial. This scan be a bad number or other things. I think you see the issue, it can be many things. If it does continue and your sure you did not add anything like an updated App then possibly a reload of the OS is necessary. Search for JL_cmd for instructions on the Forum site.
