Here's an odd problem I thought I'd throw out to the group. Thanks in advance for taking a look:
I have a Bold 9650 on Verizon, BES through work with my Gmail account set up through BIS. Last night, the battery all but died, and when I had turned it back on and recharged, my BIS account wasn't receiving mail anymore. (And, yes, the email does show up on Gmail's web client!)
Note that I can still send from this account, and everything else on the device works fine. (So, for example, if I send from my BIS to my BES, the message will get sent and received fine. If I do it the other way around, the BES will send but the BIS won't make it to the device.)
I have done battery pulls (don't help), host routing table registers (don't help), resent service books (limited help, see below), and deleted the account and recreated it (same).
When I resend service books or delete the account and recreate the account, it receives BIS emails for a few minutes following activation, and the stops altogether again.
Any thoughts, all? Thanks again.
