Default please help..sim card question

Hi, I use verizon as my carrier. I have the tour 9630. I just bought the sttorm 9530 from a friend because i like the touch screen better for certain features. when i tranfer the my info from device switch wizard in desktop I also put my sim card from my original 9630 into the 9530 or should i just use the sim card that was in the 9530 my friend gave me. Thankyou

The SIM card is not required for service with Verizon. You need to contact Verizon to activate the new device or you can do it through your online account manager.

Leave the SIM cards alone. Sprint puts one in the Tour and Bold 9650 for international roaming on GSM networks. Neither Sprint nor Verizon use SIM cards for their own service.

Warning: International Roaming is UNGODLY EXPENSIVE unless you call your carrier and add the international roaming option (if they offer it) before you travel.
