I had an iphone and saved my contact to my PC with a file extension of .contact how do I get them into my 9700?

The easiest/least work would be if (a) you are using Microsoft Outlook or another solution supported by BlackBerry Desktop Manager and (b) you can import your contact into that application or service, then (c) sync to the blackberry.
