i have wireless reconcile on, and "handheld wins". Every day i delete all my messages on my handheld and force a reconcile... but still i see a few messages left behind in the web client. Any idea why this would happen?

i am using a mac and dont have IE, so i cant delete them via the web client unless i borrow someone's machine :(

I have also encountered this problem and determined it had to do with the way i deleted the messages. If I deleted the messages individually or selected several by using the CAP and Trackwheel the messages would be deleted on both the BB and on the Web Client. However, if I deleted multiple emails using "Delete Prior" the messages would be deleted on the BB but not the Web Client even if I did a munual reconcile. I encountered this problem with my BB 7280. I recently switched to an 8700c and have not tested this theory with it yet. I will try today and if I still encounter the problem I plan to seek assistance from Cingular. I will post any resolution here.

If you do the multiple delete thing with the web client, it won't update the server. I ran into this awhile ago and there is no known fix. The delete prior is taken to mean only on the handheld, because your handheld is getting too full/too long of a listing.

I just logged into the web client every now and then and deleted them by hand.

I have T-mobile and when they went to the BIS, the problem went away as my email was on my own servers and not the web client server.

Its definately a hit or miss operation. I've seen at time where it works as it should and sometimes I have to delete by hand on the BWC. Just another quirk in the system.
