BB 6750, running BES v4.0

I have been searching the archives and have tried numerous things that I have found, but I am still stumped. It seems that when I change something on the BB, it reconciles back to Outlook right away, but not the other way around.

I found the following advice to try:
Open mail icon
Tap Scroll Wheel to open menu
Scroll down to Options and select
Scroll Down to Email Reconciliation and Select
For Message Services: make sure it says Desktop and not Web Client
Delete on: make sure it says Mailbox & Handheld
Wireless Reconcile: make sure it says On
On Conflicts: make sure it says Mailbox Wins

Send two test messages to yourself. Delete 1 from the handheld and then select reconcile now from the handheld. It will delete from your outlook client.
Delete message 2 from your outlook and then go to the handheld and select reconcile now and it will delete from your handheld.

I sent two messages, then deleted msg #1 @ 9:58am from Outlook, then deleted msg #2 @ 9:58am from the BB.

@ 10:01 the BB reconciled automatically and msg #2 was erased from Outlook; @ 10:13 the BB reconciled automatically again and then msg #1 finally disappeared from the BB.

Does anyone know why it wouldn't have reconciled both directions @ 10:01?
