Unhappy Can't connect to internet

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all,
New BB Bold, was working fine (receiving emails, texts, browser OK, etc.). Suddenly no connection to the internet (and I do have a data plan). The following message shows up when: "There is insufficient network coverage to process your request. Please try again later."

Have you tried moving to a different location, and/or removing the battery. My guess is that it is a small, temporary glitch in reception.

Wow, this battery is harder to remove than the one in my old Curve. Any tips? I don't want to damage the device!

Try pressing ALT SHIFT DEL all at the same time instead.
