Guys i need help.. im using a blackberry 9700 bold for 5months or less already but still not the "expert" that i should be. not a lot of people here in my country. today i downloaded some applications for my blackberry. i made a mistake by downloading twitter application 2 times. the download of the application was finished but in my home screen. the blackberry apps logo appeared with the number "2" in it. i presume it signifies "downloading of apps in the blackberry apps with 2 apps currently being downloaded". now my problems is.. i keep on restarting my phone but in my home screen, the icon is still there. how can i remove it? all downloads were finished. but the icon is still at my homescreen. please help..ty

One of the twitter icons is a service book. Click on the icon you are not using and choose menu-hide. This item was pushed by RIM. You did not do anything wrong. Your issue is normal.
