Please Login to Remove!
I have a Blackberry Storm now and am getting the Torch tomorrow...is there anyway I can transfer all my contacts? ...they aren't saved to my SIM card

Sync the BB to Outlook or Google Contacts.

When you get the new one, you can use the Switch Device Wizard and they should move over.

And don't forget to make a backup before you switch devices.

im sorry i guess im a little behind on all of this..im not sure how to backup my phone..or any of the things you said really...can u give a little more detail if its not too much to ask... thanks!

Easiest way to migrate your phone is download a free backup application from Blackberry app world. Once your download it, it will backup your whole phone, contacts, text, photos, videos, bookmarks ect. Then when you get the new phone you just download the app again and log in to your account and all your data immediately loads on the phone. very easy!
