Default I bought a used phone n cant remove the email on it

Please Login to Remove!

bought a used javelin, the person doesnt remember their password and my service provider cannot help me. I tried wiping my hand held its still there. Any help would be much appreciated.

ur provider need to reset the pin registeration for that blackberry i guess

You may have to have original owner contact carrier to do this release.

Contact the original owner and have them cancel their BIS account. This will release the PIN for you to use to set up your email.

If you can't find the original owner, then keep trying to get your carrier to do it. Some will, some will not. But those are the only two solutions.

Only the original owner can get password. Contact them, they should take care of it since u bought it from them.
