Default E-Mail is not updating!!!!!

Please Login to Remove!

I recently backed up my info on my computer on Aug 16th. I ended up getting a new Bold 9700 a couple of days later. Since I have restored all the info onto the new phone, my AOL account has not received new emails on the device... Seems they are just not updating and showing on my device.

How do I fix this???

Thanks,

djlmny

Login to the BIS account, use the "change device" option, enter the new BB's PIN and IMEI.

This happens automatically when the device is changed.

Not always. Supposed to but it is always best (IMHO) to hit resend.

I've never had it not happen, but mileage varies of course.
