Default Cannot synchronise

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Curve and want to synchronise to desktop manager on laptop. Keeps asking for password but dont have one - any ideas???

What do you mean - Desktop Manager on the laptop? You don't synchronize to the the DM. DM is the conduit to get you to Outlook or similar to sync contacts, calendar, tasks and memos.

Is this anew device or did you get it used? Does it have an IT policy on it?

Which curve do you have - 8300 or 8500 series? Please update your profile with the model number, not the name. They really are different devices.
