Default Need help with restore problem.

Please Login to Remove!

I've had this storm for two years now, and finally found my wire to do new updates. This isn't the first update I have done, but it has been a while. I did a backup prior to installing the new software. Once the new software completed with the installation, I did a restore. The problem I'm having now is that my old wallpaper isn't there, the icon to send MMS messages isn't there, BBM isn't there, or any of my contacts (real important) none of my messengers are there and a ton of other little things that I personalized my BB to my liking are messed up (Like combining SMS and messages into just messages).

I did a battery pull, restored it again and did another battery pull, but it still isn't going back to my options. Last time I did an update, the SMS button was missing, and I had to options > advanced options > Host Routing Table > Register now. That made the button appear again, but this time it didn't work. This is also not my first BlackBerry, so I'm fairly certain it isn't user error.

Anyone have any suggestions?

That seemed to have worked, although I lost a few minor things from doing that restore, but nothing I can't live without.

I appreciate the suggestion, I'm not sure why I didn't think of that from the start. Thanks for the help.
