Default BB App world

Please Login to Remove!

I've just got my first BB, Curve 8520. Just wanted to know do I need to download App World or is already on my phone? and if it's already on the phone, where do I find it? I've looked all over and not come across it.

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account?

If you do, you can download it from BlackBerry Wallpapers, Ringtones, and More

Contact Vodafone - the specific BlackBerry plan is an additional charge.

Hi, I have a bold 9700. just download new app world 2.0 it loaded up fine, but will not let me buy any apps! I do have a paypal account. When app world asks if I want to migrate my previous apps i always say yes. ( if I say no then it doesn't let me go any further) so then I put in my paypal info (it doesn't give me the option to pay with credit card) after I put in pp info I get a message saying " this customers payer ID did not match any in our database. Error id 31202." I contacted pp and everything is fine on there end. So it has to be somthing with the new app world. This is very frustrating! Is there any one else out there that has the same problem? Any help would be greatful! Thanks!

I'm having the exact same problem you describe. It's horribly frustrating, as it has rendered the App World entirely non-functional.

I dont like BB App world 2 which I misguidedly upgraded to.

If I deleted Version 2 using Desktop Manager would it roll back to Ver 1 or could I then install Version 1
