I find so many aspects of Blackberry's support lacking. The Blackberry App store is a great example.
I log in. It makes me log in multiple times. I makes me go to the Pay Pal system to "verify" myself, even though I have already done that.
I have been unable to purchase anything from the App Store. I sent an email to HELP and was sent back an nearly undecipherable email telling me all of my options for support, but that my email had not been delivered.
I make my living in online software and support. My company would be long gone if I ran it like Blackberry.
My opinion only?
