Had someone ask me this, and I could've sworn you could, but maybe I was confused...
Our Support folk use a BB for their on call duties. They respond to urgent pages etc... When an urgent voice message hits the SD queue, the subject line reads something like this:
Voice Mail Message ( '6503190367' ) ( 43 seconds )
As the SD on call folk are not always able to get to a computer, they're wondering if it's possible to edit that subject line on the BB itself as an update in case Mgmt monitoring the queue, i.e. if the vm is not actually an urgent issue, edit that default subject line to something like "Locked account - not a P1 issue"
It appears you can't (much searching has turned up nothing), but as I mentioned, I could've sworn you could at some point.
We're on BES 4.1.7. The BES OS is 2003 Server w/ SP 2. Exchange is 2003. The specific device in question is the new 9650 Bold (Verizon), and it's OS is 220.127.116.112.
