Please Login to Remove!

my blackberry bold 9700 sends the same message a number of times to the person receiving it. a number of my contacts have told me this. it happens on text, bbm and msn messenger. i am getting extremely frustrated as to why this is happening, if anyone could please give me something which i could do to stop this from happening. much appreciated. amani

Not sure if the duplicate is a confirmation: email sent or the Device model, but you could check the following:
from message window, choose menu button, scroll to options, choose email settings.
If you have a setting for Confirm Delivery, Confirm Read, Send Read Receipts - Turn all of these off.

amani00, I seem to have stated myself wrong in post #2.

What I meant to say was... Have you done a hard reset (battery pull) yet?
