Default Can't use mass storage on Mac

Please Login to Remove!

When I plug my BB into my Mac it doesn't appear as a mass storage device. I can sync etc. with Desktop manager but I can't use it for storing files.

It's a pain cos I want to transfer files off my BlackBerry.
Any ideas?

I have the same problem, except on a PC.

Is Mass Storage turned on? Options > Media Card > Media Card Support = ON; Mass Storage Mode Support = ON

And I am not sure about Mac. I am guessing it needs those settings on your handheld as does the PC version.

Yes, mass storage is on and enabled on the device.

Try this...Mac instrcutions as well as PC

KB19717-The BlackBerry smartphone is not detected as a USB Mass Storage Device when connected to a computer
